Do I need to register with this website to be able to connect to FreeDialup?

Yes, in order to see the phone numbers and usage terms, you need to register which is free but it is not required to access to freedialup service. Just find a phone number, and call with any username, any password. Even though this is a free service, we still like to know who you are.
