Modem equipment changed - 2007/01/28 09:17 As of 1/24/2007, we have changed our modem equipment. It is still the same brand, but a different model. If you can compare any differences before and after 1/24; please post it here. I am curious to see if there are any user experience changes.

Thanks,

Re:Modem equipment changed - 2007/01/28 15:36 I just signed up a few days before the equipment change. Before, the service was fast, I had a low ping, and everything was awesome. Now, pages time out fairly often, and I have to redial about 5 times due to busy signals. Needless to say, I liked the other equipment better.

Either it was something on my end or you fixed the problem, because I don't get busy signals anymore and I never get dropped. Great service, even better than the AOL I was using before I found FreeDialup.org.

Thanks!
