if you have trouble, give us more info! from admin - 2008/04/09 15:55 for example if you live in texas and are having trouble, try to give us a lot
of info.

if you can, the number you are dialing from or at least your telephone
company.

the dialup access number you are trying to dial to.

the error message you get when you try to dial it with a normal phone
or the error code your computer gives you when failing.

do you connect at really slow useless speed or get dropped fast?

things like that. it helps us figure out issues.
