Cannot log in - 2009/10/13 22:00 When I try to log in I can hear I an unusual loud squeel and I cannot log in.

incoming call.

All you need to connect is one of our numbers.
Pick any password or username. Just make it up. It does not matter.
and dial us up.

If your phone line has OK quality you should be handed an IP address and
away you go.

Please google how to do such things.. like dialup help or dialup setup on windows
for more debugging help.
